A 50-50 commercial joint venture with Arcerlor Mittal focused on distribution and marketing of rebar, wire rod and merchant bars in Mexico.

This joint venture capitallizes on Villacero's existing commercial network covering Mexico in order to market Sicartsa, Border Steel and Arcelor Mittal products within the region.

 

The company has subsidiaries covering specific regional markets in Mexico City, Puebla, Baja California, Sonora and Yucatan.
