Commercial Network

Villacero is the largest distributor of steel products in Mexico. Our domestic commercial network distributes Villacero’s products and the most extensive range of steel products.

Domestic commercial operations are carried out through Sicartsa Comercial and Lámina y Placa Comercial. Sicartsa Comercial is a 50-50 commercial joint venture with Arcelor Mittal formed in December 2006 for the selling of long products. This company focuses on the marketing and distribution in Mexico of rebar, wire rod and merchant bars produced by Arcelor Mittal worldwide. Lámina y Placa Comercial is a long standing company devoted primarily to the marketing and distribution of a wide range of flat products and tubes.

Villacero fully guarantees the most extensive coverage of the Mexican territory. The integral commercial network is supported by more than 50 sales offices, distribution and redistribution centers, and associated sales companies strategically located throughout the country.

To better serve our domestic customers’ needs, our Mexican commercial network is focused in 4 regions: North, West, Central and South. Villacero has warehouses and other facilities located within each distribution zone to ensure just in time delivery of quality-certified steel products.

Villacero has substantial presence in the NAFTA market due to its exports and manufacturing plants in the US. S&P Steel Products is Villacero’s main distributor of Steel Products in the NAFTA market.

Our company’s international presence guarantees a global supply of a wide range of high quality steel products. CCC Steel, a joint venture with Coutinho Caro, is specialized in the global trading of steel products and raw materials.

Through our commercial network, Villacero is the largest distributor of steel products in Mexico and a significant player in the NAFTA region.
